A: We are fortunate that we live in Southern Calif.! Just about any plant species and grass can be installed at any time of year.

A: Most likely you have a Bermuda grass or warm weather lawn. This is nothing to be alarmed about and is a natural occurance. You can "overseed" with a winter Rye grass. We would be happy to quote that for you!
